Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "jiji1" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the website located at jiji1.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and progressive web applications.
- "Platform" means the jiji1.vip website, its games, features, services, and any associated applications made available to users.
- "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a jiji1 account or who accesses or uses any part of the Platform.
- "Account" means the individual account registered by a Member on the Platform, including all associated wallet balances, bonus credits, transaction history, and profile information.
- "Funds" means any real money deposited into a Member's Account balance, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Credits" / "Promotional Funds" means any non-cash credits, free spins, free bets, or other promotional value added to a Member's Account by jiji1 under a promotion or offer.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jiji1 before a Member may process withdrawals, as further described in Section 5.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Credits before those credits or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Philippines.
- "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any amendments, supplementary rules, and linked policies referenced herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiji1 Platform — including browsing game pages, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement constitutes a legally enforceable contract between you and jiji1.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jiji1 Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Please note: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation or interpretation of these terms, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
jiji1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
Age Restriction — 21 Years and Above Only. The jiji1 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account or using any real-money feature of the Platform.
To be eligible to register and maintain a jiji1 Account, you must, at all times, satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify this; jiji1 makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jiji1 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors, unless written consent has been granted.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from jiji1 or any other online gambling platform under an active self-exclusion agreement.
- You are not opening the account on behalf of another person, trust, organization, or legal entity.
jiji1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Account Registration
To access real-money games and financial features on jiji1, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a secure password.
4.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the jiji1 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If jiji1 detects that a single individual controls more than one Account, jiji1 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus credits, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiji1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where jiji1 has acted in good faith on instructions received using your correct login credentials. You agree to notify jiji1 Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
4.3 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or identity document — constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR guidelines, jiji1 is required to verify the identity of its members before processing any withdrawal. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documentation:
- Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scanned copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID — e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Voter's ID.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and Philippine residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
- Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your photo ID, with both your face and the ID details clearly visible.
- Payment Method Verification: For GCash or Maya withdrawals, confirmation that the registered mobile number matches the Account holder's name. For bank withdrawals, a bank statement or passbook showing account ownership.
jiji1 aims to process KYC submissions within 1–2 business hours during operating hours. Until KYC is fully approved, withdrawal functionality will remain restricted. jiji1 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation to satisfy its verification requirements at any time.
KYC is a one-time process. Once your identity is fully verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without further documentation requirements, subject to jiji1's standard security monitoring.
Deposits
jiji1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), and select cryptocurrency networks including USDT, Ethereum, and Bitcoin. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit at jiji1 is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and ₱200 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set per VIP tier level and may be reviewed upon request for Platinum-tier members. Cryptocurrency deposit minimums are denominated by network and displayed at the time of transaction.
6.2 Deposit Requirements
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third parties — including family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited.
- jiji1 does not accept deposits made using any method of payment that may be associated with proceeds of illegal activity.
- Deposit processing times vary by method: e-wallet deposits are typically instant; bank transfers via InstaPay complete within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
- If a deposit fails to appear in your Account within the stated processing time, contact jiji1 Support before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals
Members may request withdrawals of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5.
7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times
- GCash and Maya: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours.
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank (InstaPay): Typically processed within minutes during banking hours.
- BPI, BDO, Metrobank (PESONet): Processed within one (1) business day.
- Cryptocurrency: Processed within 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
7.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be directed to payment accounts registered in your own legal name, consistent with the deposit method used.
- jiji1 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal exceeding amounts set per VIP tier.
- Daily withdrawal limits apply per tier: Bronze ₱50,000; Silver ₱100,000; Gold ₱300,000; Platinum ₱1,000,000.
- Bonus Credits are not withdrawable. Only real Funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
Processing note: jiji1 processes withdrawals in the order received. Requests submitted outside of standard operating hours, or during public holidays in the Philippines, may take additional time. jiji1 does not intentionally delay withdrawal processing.
Bonuses & Promotions
jiji1 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards to its members. All promotions are offered at jiji1's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this Section.
8.1 General Bonus Principles
- All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
- Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. jiji1 may at its sole discretion decline to award, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been or is being exploited.
- Only one bonus may be active on an Account at a time unless otherwise specified by jiji1.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Credits and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account automatically.
- jiji1 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
8.2 VIP Program
jiji1's VIP program comprises four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier membership is determined by cumulative real-money wagering on the Platform. Tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal limits, dedicated support, and exclusive table access — are detailed on the VIP program page and are subject to change. jiji1 reserves the right to demote a Member's tier if their activity falls below the threshold for that tier during any rolling review period.
Game Rules & Fairness
All casino games offered on the jiji1 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
- All slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are mathematically accurate.
- Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in licensed studios. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by real physical actions — cards shuffled and dealt, dice physically thrown, roulette wheels physically spun. jiji1 does not control or manipulate live game outcomes.
- In the event of a technical error, software fault, or connection failure during gameplay, jiji1 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amount to the Member's Account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably faulty game round may be voided.
- Displayed game results and transaction records on the Platform are conclusive. In the event of a discrepancy between the display and the game server record, the server record shall prevail.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiji1 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any live dealer or multi-player game in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, collect bonuses, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of obvious technical errors in software, pricing, payout rates, or bonus calculations — or failing to notify jiji1 of such errors when discovered.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with jiji1 Support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
- Money Laundering: Using the jiji1 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the Platform to disguise the origins of unlawful funds.
- Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward jiji1 staff, other users, or dealers via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
Responsible Gaming
Gambling carries risk. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you distress or financial hardship, please use our responsible gaming tools immediately or contact our 24/7 support team.
jiji1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law. jiji1 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings panel after login:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended for the relevant period.
- Session Time Alerts: Set time-based reminders that notify you of how long your current gaming session has lasted.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen messages displaying your session duration and net wins or losses during the current session.
- Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend your Account for a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
jiji1 will not send promotional materials to any Member who has an active self-exclusion in place. If you believe a family member is gambling irresponsibly using the jiji1 Platform, contact our support team immediately. jiji1 takes problem gambling concerns seriously and will cooperate fully with responsible gaming intervention requests.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jiji1 Platform — including but not limited to the jiji1 brand name and logo, website design and layout, written content, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, trademarks, and trade names — is the intellectual property of jiji1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorization from jiji1.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji1's total liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real Funds deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiji1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jiji1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiji1 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond jiji1's control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory requirements. jiji1 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability beyond what is expressly provided for in these Terms.
Nothing in this Section limits jiji1's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Account Suspension & Termination
jiji1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiji1 reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any point.
- The Account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry or regulatory investigation.
- jiji1 reasonably suspects the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
- The Member has initiated a chargeback without prior dispute resolution through jiji1 Support.
- The Member is found to be under the minimum age of 21.
- A Member has requested voluntary self-exclusion.
Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to Member misconduct, any real Funds held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a closure is initiated by jiji1 for reasons not attributable to Member fault, any real Funds in the Account (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting jiji1 Support. Any remaining real Fund balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Amendments to These Terms
jiji1 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Member rights or obligations in a significant way — jiji1 will notify Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
Your continued use of the jiji1 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at jiji1.vip/terms-conditions.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between jiji1 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiji1's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the jiji1 Support team. jiji1 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within two (2) business days and resolve them within fourteen (14) business days where practicable.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiji1's internal process, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized Philippine arbitration body, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.
