- To respond to customer support inquiries, complaints, and dispute resolution requests.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Minors — Persons Under 21
The jiji1 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. jiji1 does not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 21. If jiji1 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account terminated.
As part of the KYC verification process, jiji1 verifies the date of birth of all Members and requires documentary proof of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 in your household has registered or attempted to register an account with jiji1, please contact jiji1 Support immediately via the channels described in Section 14. jiji1 will take immediate action to investigate and, where confirmed, will delete all associated personal data.
Third-Party Platforms and Links
The jiji1 platform does not contain links to third-party websites for general browsing purposes. Where third-party game providers deliver game content within the jiji1 platform environment — such as live casino streams from Evolution Gaming or slot games from PG Soft — these providers are bound by written data processing agreements with jiji1 and are not permitted to use player data for their own purposes outside of delivering the game service.
jiji1 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party payment processors such as GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, which operate under their own privacy policies and regulatory frameworks.
